We are driven to cater to, as well as, advocate for individuals who are neurodiverse in addition to those who have communication difficulties.
Sometime in the future, we anticipate meeting the needs of those with feeding and swallowing difficulties.
We endeavour to do so by applying and disseminating quality, evidence-based interventions to meaningfully engage with those in our care and to facilitate their activity, participation and acceptance by society.
The name Kwanga is a native word, that means, expansion and growth and embodies the company’s mission:

The slogan is “pamoja” or “unison” which is line with its vision
“to inspire transformative change through evidence-based, culturally-appropriate interventions, fostering authentic relationships, transdisciplinary collaboration, and caregiver involvement.”

I have been passionately navigating the intersections of psychology, diversity and inclusion as well as fostering growth mindsets while exploring music's profound impacts. I graduated with a Psychology degree from Kenyatta University and RBT certification from the University of Nevada-USIU. I have also been fortunate to have more than 9-year span of implementing tailored ABA programs with BCBA supervision, honing speech and language facilitation skills with Speech and Language Pathologist supervision and collaborating with various other Service Providers, Teachers, and Caregivers. I am currently completing my thesis for a Master's in Speech, Language, Pathology as well as Pursuing IBA certification in my endeavour to provide Accessible, Quality, Evidence-Based interventions. In my free time, I enjoy fiction and non-fiction literature, cinema, playing various board games, leisure writing and taking long walks.
